Mr. Walsh has over thirty years of experience representing health care professionals and individuals before administrative agencies, trial courts and appellate courts in New Hampshire and Massachusetts.
He has advised numerous clients about all aspects of immigration law. He has assisted professionals and their employers in obtaining employment based visas, including visas for those with extraordinary ability in the sciences, business or education and visas for traders and investors. He has represented US citizens and Lawful Permanent Residents who wish to bring family members to the United States.
Mr. Walsh also represents individuals in removal proceedings before the US Immigration Court, before the Board of Immigration Appeals and before US Immigration and Custom Enforcement (USICE).
Mr. Walsh represents clients in applications for naturalization for US citizenship.
He is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and has been recognized by them as a Pro Bono Guardian for his public service.
He is a graduate of Colby College, Suffolk University Law School and Boston University’s LLM program.
